7 Reasons why you should never stop learning
We humans love it when somebody calls us smart, intelligent or genius. It’s the basic human nature. The desire to be perceived as a “person with Brains” is one of the most basic characteristics of humans. Though we are always learning something or other, most of us stop “active learning” after certain age (generally after college).
We can all agree on the fact that Learning New things on a daily basis boosts our confidence, gives us an edge over others, helps us achieve our goals and makes us a little better everyday.
Most of us have one or two areas of knowledge that we strive to know very well — things related to our jobs, of course, and maybe a hobby or two. But while it’s important to develop a deep understanding of the things that matter most to us, it is just as important to develop a broad understanding of the world in general. If you are a Software Engineer, it’s not just programming you should learn. You can learn a lot of other things. For example, how the cells in our bodies work? how tomatoes are grown? how satellites are launched ? how exchange rate between Rupee and Dollar is decided. You might even uncover interests within you which were hidden till now.
The world out there is Beautiful and we can appreciate it only when we learn about it.
